Known as the doyenne of candid backstage photography, Roxanne Lowit‘s lens has captured some of fashion’s most famous faces over the past three decades from Paris to New York and back in the intimacy of the backstage and nightclub setting. For AW13, the German designer Bernhard Willhelm tapped Lowit to shoot his AW13 lookbook, and the results marry Willhelm’s zany sports-inflected collection with the upbeat attitude of Lowit’s off-duty, candid snaps.
